SACHDEVA INDUSTRIES was
established in 1982 as a unit doing plastic raw materials colouring.
Inspite of a demand of master batches. The compay diversified in the
field of colour master batches under the brand name RANG MAHAL. Our
plant is based on the state of the art technology located in Bawana
Industrial area, Delhi,India equipped with kneaders, mixers, extrude
with die face & stand cutters. We are having electronic weighing
scales for precision measurement. These ensure consist quality. We
also make tailor made master batches as per customer’s requirements.
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT: All the master batches
are rigorously tested, shade matching,quality control and development
of new formulations very carefully in our quality assurance laboratory
equipped with modern test equipment by specialist professionals. Pigments,dyes
and chemicals are chosen according to the required shade, heat stability,
light fastness and base carrier resin as per the application and raw
material of product. The result is complete and reliable consistency
in quality.
PRODUCT RANGE: Our product
range includes white,black,standard colours, fluorescent, pearlescent,
metallic, granite, glitter effect pastel colours. Our additive master
batches ie optical brightner, Polymeric processing Aids, Antiblocks
and Slip, Antimicrobial, Antioxidants & U.V.Stabilizers. Antistatic,
nucleating & foaming agents. We have developed more than 1000
different kcolour & shades are suitable for use in LD/LLDP, HDPE,P.P.,
HIPS, PS, ABS, SAN etc. We add various type of supplements to increase
their compatibility with different type of polymers. Colour matching
is our passion so we always welcome the requirement of new shades
and glad to accept the challenge of developing new colours. The ratio
of our master batches vary depending upon wall thickness and opacity
of the product from 1% to 6%. We emphasize not only on providing a
wide range of colours but also experienced and timely delivery and
technical services to the plastic processing industry.
APPLICATION:
Our master batches are extremely compatiable/technically formulated
and used in wide range of end products such as : Housewares, Thermowares,
Blow moulding, Injection moulding, Rotomoulding, Blown films, Extrusion
sheets, Profiles, Pipes & Cables, Toys, Crates, Battery containers,
Coasting powder, Woven sacks, Tooth brushes, Stationery, Ropes, Combs,
Gifts items, Electrical goods, Jewellery boxes, Automobiles parst,
Moulded furniture, Cosmetic containers, Fishing and Mosquito nets.
PACKING: Our master batches are packed in 25kg
HDPE/P.P. laminated bags with additional liner inside the bags.
